IBM will be hosting an Info Session on campus. This is your opportunity to:
- learn the benefits of being employed by IBM
- break your preconceptions
- learn the types of skills IBM is looking for
- talk personally to recruiters and review your resume
- explore job opportunities for full-time or internships
- eat free refreshments

The Info Session will be held in the Theater of the Bill Moore Student Success Center from 5:00-6:30pm on Monday September 26th 2005. This is an open invitation for Georgia Tech.

IBM Extreme Blue Internship
Extreme Blue is a specialized subset of internships at IBM. A representative from Extreme Blue will be at the Info Session.

"What's unique about Extreme Blue is the kind of projects you work on and the amount of exposure you receive for your work. You will be working on one of the emerging technology and business opportunities with two other technical interns and one MBA student. The project I worked on was a next generation security architecture for federated identity management, which was projected by the Burton Research Group for market adoption after 2010.

You will also have weekly opportunities to present your project to IBM executives and learn how to clearly communicate a complex project in a four minute pitch. The program is concluded with a trip to IBM headquarters at Armonk, NY, where you will present your project to more executives in an expo with EB labs from other parts of North America. There will also be an exclusive career fair for you to have first picks of full-time job opportunities with IBM after you graduate."
